LEAH QUINLAN
Bank Manager
The Bank Manager is the team leader. They're in charge of all staff and of the bank itself.
Leah leads by example and is a great motivator. Leah will coordinate the team and make sure they're ready for the Nationals Finals. She will delegate the workload and will also chair internal meetings.
LUCY GUINAN
Chief Operating Officer
The COO is the second in command. They support the Bank Manager and stand in for them when they aren't around.
Lucy also manages staff and deals with customer queries. She meets new customers and ensure that all team members follow account opening legislation. She attends meetings, ensure the bank is operated correctly and also make sure targets are met.
EMMA BURKE
Financial Controller
The Financial Controller oversees the recording of all financial transactions.
Emma is responsible for the ledger and signing off on the budget and cashing up when the bank closes. Emma is good with numbers and has an excellent eye for detail.
AOIBHEANN MEAGHER
Customer Service Officer
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing 5-star customer service.
Aoibheann is the first point of contact for customers, taking lodgements, answering queries and (up) selling whenever they can. She is the face of the business to the bank's customer
MOYA O'SHEA
Marketing Director
Moya is responsible for promoting the bank's services in order to attract new customers and encourage additional activity from existing customers. This includes the creation and publication of new digital and print campaigns, the planning and implementing of promotions and the overseeing of the marketing budget.
RIMSHA SAJID
Digital Officer
The Digital Officer oversees the School Bank's commitment to use technology.
Rimsha does this through how the bank operates, how it promotes itself and how it offers products and support to customers. She created an official 'I'm a Banker, Get Me Out of Here' website for customers to know more about our bank and to access things like newsletters and appointment lists.
